Deborah Kjeldsen, LMFT, Individual & Couples Specialist
Deborah Kjeldsen is a Marriage and Family Therapist, (MFT #97129) based out of San Francisco, California. Deborah works with both individuals and couples to develop the tools, inspiration, and motivation needed to overcome the challenges they face and to become their best selves. She is passionate about helping you stop negative communication cycles, resolve difficulties, heal past wounds and get your relationships back on track. Deborah specializes in women’s maternal mental health and the transition to parenthood
Deborah received her Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco, where she received her training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She holds an undergraduate degree in Sociology from North Carolina State University.
In addition, Deborah has received training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, is certified by Postpartum Support International and is a member of the International Association of Trauma Professionals.
